Terms of Service

Marggies Private provides confidential, human-led matchmaking: application screening, compatibility profiling, curated introductions, guided private compatibility sessions, and — depending on your package — continued introductions and re-matching support.

The service is a matchmaking and facilitation service. It is not a public dating platform, and it is not counselling, legal or medical advice.

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must be legally free to pursue a relationship.
• You must provide accurate, current and truthful information about yourself during onboarding.
• You must be applying for yourself — not on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.

Applications that appear false, misleading, or made in bad faith may be declined or removed without refund where access has already been provided.

Current packages are: Basic Matchmaking (₦1,500), VIP Matchmaking (₦50,000, Nigeria), VIP International ($100), and Elite Matchmaking (₦250,000). Prices and inclusions are set out on the packages page and may be updated from time to time.

• Payment is completed on a secure hosted payment page. We never request card or bank details over chat, email or a call.
• Your package is confirmed once payment is verified and onboarding is completed.
• Access and inclusions apply for the period described at purchase, or until the package's matching objective is met where the package says so.

Members must not:

• Harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against another member, or our team
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent age, identity, marital status or intent
• Share another member's details — including details released after a compatibility session — with anyone else
• Use the service for solicitation, recruitment, promotion or any commercial purpose
• Attempt to bypass screening or obtain another member's contact details before release

We may suspend or end a membership for a breach of this section, and will remove members where we believe another member's safety is at risk.

Contact details are released only after mutual interest has been established and the guided compatibility session has taken place, as described in our Privacy Policy. We control the timing and method of the release; you agree not to pressure another member or our team to bypass it.

We introduce people we believe are genuinely compatible, and our team will tell you honestly when a match is not right. We cannot and do not promise a relationship, engagement or marriage. Relationship outcomes depend on mutual compatibility, communication and personal alignment between two individuals, and on the choices each of them makes.

We keep your information confidential as described in our Privacy Policy. In return, you agree to keep confidential anything you learn about another member through the service — including during a compatibility session.

Refund eligibility depends on the package purchased, the access and facilitation already provided, and any matchmaking work already delivered. The full position is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this site — copy, layout, brand marks and imagery — belongs to Marggies Love Lounge or is used with permission. You may not copy or republish it without written consent.

You may end your membership at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate a membership for breach of these terms, for fraudulent payment activity, or where continuing to provide the service would put another member at risk. Where a membership is terminated for breach, no refund is due.

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, or for the conduct of any member before, during or after an introduction. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Where a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it in good faith through the contact details below.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
